dont advertise that your dine in is open until 11 if you plan on closing over an hour in advance... like it's bad enough you cheapskates aren't open 24/7 any more like the sign outside would still suggest. but now you can't even stay open to when you say you'll be open. I'll eat somewhere healthier, anyways. thank you for the motivation

Got my order wrong, (not even close) made a new sandwich which was also wrong, i gave up at that point. Cashier was lazy, she sighed and said "idk that's a lot of work to push the button" for every item I ordered. Fries were cold. Very dissatisfied, I'll no longer go here and drive across town instead

I can't say how many times at night that I've gone through this drive thru and been told that I can't get a shake or a Frappe because their machine is either down for cleaning, isn't working, or it simply was shut down for the night. One day I spoke with the store manager and he told me that it should never be shut down and if it continues to happen than to please give him a call. Well here we are probably a year later after speaking to him and it has continued to happen at least every other trip we make. Well tonight we were told there was no mocha, always something. But they can make a caramel. Guess I need to make that call. Thanks, night crew for the repeated disappointments!! Oh and one last little note, they are really slow tonight, we've been sitting here about 20+ minutes since we pulled to give our order. At least 5 cars have pulled out of line while we've been waiting. Okay, now 6, 7, oh wow, 8 and they're all going across the street to Taco Bell. If I hadn't already eaten at Taco bell today I'd be right behind them. The photo is the girl getting the machine ready for our frappes, then she gives us the order and says have a good night but didn't gives us the frappes or the 20 piece nuggets we ordered so we had to ask for them. What an experience!! Just got home and after all that there was still 2 sandwiches (filet o'fish) missing. I tried calling them to let them know and no one answered the phone. I'll be calling tomorrow now for several reasons. Unbelievable!!

Been here on many occasions and it always seems like no one works here. I can sit at the drive thru for 20+ mins, even if i call this place no one answers the phone. Deffinately not very good customer service, especially when you drive by and see the employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Or outside in their car. If not going to honor 24 hrs of being open deffinately need to update hours posted so its not false advertisement.

Worst experience I've ever had in my life..was handed the ice cream and then told to pull forward to wait for the hot food..of couse ice cream melted...hot food I had to wait for only had one hot sandwich out of 4 and fries cold also... Over $20 I got one hot sandwich.. and a caramel sundae melt pretty much...NEVER again will I order from that restaurant or McDonald's whole chain as far as that goes
