Jack In The Box

They say they are open 24 hours, but they are sending customers over to McDonald's since they don't start taking drive through orders until 5am If you don't want McDonald's, Holliday Market has a full hot food takeout that's ready by 4:15 am, includes chicken fried steak on Friday's. Come on Jack in the Box, get with it and start taking orders at 4 am.

Absolutely ridiculous. The sandwich maker was totally careless. I ordered a burger special and it was completely incorrect. I ended up writing the order down on a piece of paper. The first burger The large meat patty was ripped in 3 pieces....how does that even happen? The male order taker was rude, argued with my husband and I. At the box we had to even repeat our order at least five times.

Handed me a drink that exploded in my car. Shrugged their shoulders: "that sucks." Came back to see if they'd do anything: "nothing we can do for you." (But they didn't charge me for my meal when I came back...cause that makes a difference in the damage occurred!) In hindsight, the cup or the lid was faulty. I watched the get filled, the lid put on, and when picked up, the lid popped off and soda went everywhere. They then refilled using the same cup, and used the same lid. When I received the cup, it did the same thing, but to my great fortune, in my car. It was all kind of a slow motion trainwreck. I saw what was happening, but let my trust in the server/associate to do a good job - that was my mistake. Thanks to that visit, I've learned to never trust anyone at any drive through that they'll not be handing me a faulty cup/lid. I doubt I'll ever go to this location again. If I want Jack in The Box (which is often,) I will continue to go 5-10 minutes out of my way to the other two locations nearby which interestingly have far friendlier environments - and the fries seem better, too! Ruined coats, electronics, destroyed what was a nice interior of a nice, not-inexpensive(this shouldn't matter) car, and not even a "sorry." Instead I get "you're welcome! "
