Costco is always fun. Seeing the stuff and how much other people are getting. Always helpful at the door and check out. It's a small road trip for me. Live on Whidbey. But it's a good drive. 👍👍👍👍 thumbs up. They had crab legs last sunday. A little too steep for me, but looked good.

Always great prices and faculties are always laid out the same. Great return policy on all products. 90 day on TVs and electronics but 2 year warranty on them. One year manufactures warranty and Costco adds on one additional year. All Kirkland brand items come with a lifetime warranty. You buy anything with a Kirkland Signature brand on it, you can return it for the purchase price of what YOU paid for it, not the close out price or current price if it’s still being sold. All other items, they all up to 3 years. I’ve returned many items at 3 years, even 7 years and they’ve taken it back. It’s not a widely know fact but they warrant all purchases, people just don’t know how long that return policy is. 3 years! Enjoy shipping here!

Our tire got punctured on freeway, it was Friday night all of the tire stores nearby were already closed. That lead us to the Costco tire center. We were so lucky to met Ashley and David, super friendly, efficient and professional, not only they helped us fix it but also patiently explained every detail to us. Really appreciated it! They deserved a raise!

I love Costco! They are recently are dealing with a Jif recall and it is very frustrating to make a separate trip back to return a product that they advise you to throw away. Would be nice if they could improve their system to do refunds over the phone when items are recalled and not needing to be returned.

The optical and Dr of Optometry were very nice and explained the services thoroughly. The hearing professional fixed my hearing aid quickly and again no charges. The store is always 5 stars.

Dear Costco associates, I've never been so disappointed with online service. Especially when I'm at a time where every bit of time I have I have to use it wisely. I couldn't get my orders online from home for some reason, therefore I went to the store thinking that I'd be able to get my washer, dryer and fridge with the help of an associate. Well, no luck at all. I missed the memorial day sale, I was going to pay the regular price and for some reason still couldn't place my order. The associates were very patient and did their best to help, but nothing. Very bummed.

Costco - what more can you say. $5 for an entire whole rotisserie chicken cooked to perfection, and 10 pound apple pies! I can't tell you how much money I've spent in this place buying things I have no business getting just because it seems like a great idea in the moment. Id say I deserve a sponsorship deal for the quantity of Hot Dogs I've eaten at $1.50 a pop... Maybe like 20,000 - that is a lot of nitrates packaged into a tasty bun with ketchup, mustard, and relish. they don't have the onions up here in WA though. Not sure why. Listen if you're itching to get rid of a few hundred dollars that are taking up space in your wallet or bank account. Get in there quick. Fill up your cart with enough food for a super bowl. Not a party, enough food to feed everyone at the super bowl. They'll check you out so quick you won't have time for buyers remorse and by the time you should be asking yourself, "why on Gods green earth did I just by 4 gallons of sour crème?" you'll be buying a slice of pizza and a fruit smoothie with a churro for a chaser. Make sure to slow down long enough for the happy marker people at the exit door to count your goods for the 3rd time and slap a line down your receipt. Then, load up your rig, and wheel around to the gas station for some slightly cheaper than the ridiculous prices right now on fuel... and drive home happy. One more Successful run to the local Costco.

Costco denies my pregnant wife to use its warehouse restroom, even if we are their customers! Here is the long version of the story: We came by this Costco at Burlington, and I went to the gas station first to fill up my car. My wife just want to use their restroom first before we plan to do the shopping inside. She tried to go to the restroom directly. However, she was stopped by the store assistant at the entrance, named Grace. The assistant asked her to show the membership card, but she did not bring her own membership card, so she got denied to use the restroom. I followed this up later after finishing the gas. Both Grace and the store manager, basically told me that it is our fault because my wife did not bring her membership card, and kept arguing to me that my wife has to use her own card in order to even just use their restroom. I feel this is so weird because people should be able to use store restroom, even without the Costco membership card, by law and by commonsense! I really want to report this and let Costco notice that they should apologize on refusing my wife to use the restroom, and change their so called “policy”! P.S. for anyone who does not know this law, just google "Restroom_Access_Act".
