Half of the cooking staff wasn’t wearing mask properly. Manager wasn’t wearing a mask while standing over food she was helping prepare. Asked for a refund and will never return. Manager’s response was “had to take mask off so I could speak clearer”. Not acceptable when preparing food.

It was nice good for Birthday parties; there is a playground in eyesight to be able to watch children.

Staff seems lazy, low energy, my orders are almost always messed up. Highly recommend skipping out on this location. I do love Taco Bell. Disappointment.

Only got 2 of 3 of my tacos in the drive through. While I was waiting for my food I watched the woman behind the register pulling her face mask down, with her gloved hand, to talk to the customers and pull her mask back up to place the order. Those gloves were touching all over her face and mask, the computer and definitely the food she expo'd. Not only is she making her mask useless, she is contaminating everything with it. My experience was both irritating and off-putting.

I was wanting the 7 layer burrito..
Taco Bell has taken this off their menu. The employee fixed me a burrito like the 7layer. Great customer service at Taco Bell on Huffman Mill Rd Burlington NC 👍

Nighttime service is way better than the daytime drive-thru. The guy at the drive thru during the day has a major attitude. I prefer to go at night when the employees seem friendlier and more like they like their jobs. Food is usually pretty decent though.
