Roscoe's Smokehouse catered an event for our men's group - 40 people. The brisket was delectable, the pulled pork and chicken were tender and tasty. I didn't get much smoke flavor from the sausage but it was still good. The employee tending our buffet was excellent! Quick with additional food and very personable. Great first-time experience!

I went back here three times before writing my review. I wanted to confirm that this is really great bbq....it is. I always have a hard time deciding what I think is "best" but this is for sure one of the best bbq places in the DFW Metroplex. The sliced brisket is perfect. I prefer the moist cut and theirs is juicy, not overloaded with fat, each slice has perfect bark and the flavor is spot on. There is a definite smoke taste but it does not overpower the meat and spices. Every time it went it was consistently fantastic. Their mac and cheese side is also very good. It had a robust cheese flavor, it was creamy and the noodles weren't mushy. Their potato salad is good as well but it had too much celery for my taste. The service was great every time and the price is reasonable.

I would be hard pressed to name another barbeque place that could compare easily. Savory, flavorful, and bountiful. Bacon ranch cheese fries are phenomenal and the jalapeno cheddar sausage tastes like how watching Interstellar feels. I give it all stars. All of them. In the universe. Cosmically.

Great food and service for our Mother's Day Family Reunion Lunch! The aattendant went above and beyond, and was so friendly. Everyone loved the food! It was perfect for our gathering, and no one had to lift a finger.
