Taco Bell

This place in NOT on the Taco Bell app. It is a hybrid KFC/TB. We found it totally by accident. Food was great. Service would have been faster at a regular size store but I'm not complaining. Parking lot is tiny as is the drive thru area. There is plenty of parking in the strip mall but crossing the bust parking lot isn't the best idea.

They’re doing a magnificent job! Every time I go here I am amazed by the service. It’s one thing to get an order right and cook food correctly, but this Taco Bell goes above and beyond. I can tell they take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. This Taco Bell is leagues ahead of all the chains near by not just Taco Bell. Unfortunately the other chains cannot compare. The manager should feel very proud this is a rare feat in the service industry to provide quality service. I would give this a 10 star rating if I could. They are truly a class act, to reiterate this location exemplifies the top notch service in the industry. They should be shown more appreciation, they should be shown the appreciation they deserve.

This has by far been the best Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had in my life. I pulled up With 10 minutes till close and this speaker said Thank you for choosing taco bell we are currently closed please visit us again during our normal business hours. Me being very hungry I felt a bit put out and was rather upset, bet then a glorious voice came over the speaker “wait ma’am I’m here, we’re open”. I was so happy, and a little embarrassed that someone was there to hear me curse at a Taco Bell speaker. The two boys working were so polite and helpful, the even remembered to ask me if I wanted any sauce, which I assume with their doing side work was probably out of there way. I thought this was the end and settled on a nice win but when I got home another surprise awaited me in my bag. These two Taco Bell boys loaded my Nachos up I was ecstatic. Thank you to the two taco boys that saved my night and answered the intercom even when they really didn’t have to !

Best Taco Bell in NoVa... also offers the KFC menu, so plenty of great choices for every member of the family. Drive thru had about 5 cars ahead of us but they whipped through each one. Food was ready when we drove up. Really courteous guy at the window and the guy that took the order offered some great new menu items that were a hit with the kids. I rarely brag on a fast food outlet, but this was a positive experience for sure. Best part was that the food looked as good as what you see in the ad on TV! Great job!

I mean, it's taco Bell.. I know what I'm getting into when I go there. They didn't donk up my order, place was clean and stocked well with sauces. Bathroom was clean. The nacho tacos kinda sucked, but I'm sure we're prepared how they were supposed to be and I experimented. Regular tacos were still money and dollar menu has solid tasty items.
