I was charged twice tonight. I attached photos of what I bought and what I paid. The male clerk was ringing me up and I saw on the screen that it looked like I was being charged twice. I told the man this and he cancelled the transaction and he tried again. It was still ringing up the same. I thought maybe I was misunderstanding something so I paid it. I asked for my receipt and he didn’t even try to hand it to me. He grabbed it and set it down near my bags and it was connected to a bunch of other receipts that I had to tear off myself. I go to my car and I look at the receipt and was positive I was charged twice. I look in my bag and there are chocolate chips cookies in the bag that I never asked for and was charged for them. On top of that I was charged twice for the cookies. I went back in the store and a different night clerk was there. In line was the man who charged me and he was on his way out. He left and I explained to the current night clerk that the previous man charged me twice. I was told that I couldn’t get a refund because I used a debit card and that I would have to come back and get a refund from the person who charged me. I have worked in retail and the restaurant industry for 5 years. I know that refunds do not work that way. I will be coming back to get my “refund” and will take further action if they do not refund me.

I came to this 7-Eleven in a wonderful mood and left depressed. The employee At the register did not so much as say hello or make contact. Bad vibes all around.

Got charged for twice for two extra large big gulps and a bottle water due to their mistake when it should’ve been one transaction instead of two transactions.

Cashier very friendly...but really no public restroom...im an Uber driver and stop at 7elevens stores alot! They can atleast let their costumers use the restroom.

in the mornings they have nothing ready daily I want to buy taquitos and they are not ready the coffee is the same regular Colombian or Brazilian is the very bad service and the person who attends worse
