Pinkberry

Skeet on samples and on value. The ice cream was ok, what you'd expect but way over priced compared to yogurtland which is walking distance from this one (seriously maybe 100 feet away). The staff was not knowledgeable about how to use the register which caused unnecessary delays. The owner had to step in several times which I feel bad since I'm sure he just wants to hire someone competent so he doesn't have to be there all the time. Not a good value purchase, especially when very good competitors are so nearby.

I'll do a 4 because they gave me fast service due to the fact that they were annoyed with the 2 ladies in front of me who didn't know what they wanted. I knew what I wanted. Although the lady tried to give me less than is customary, she accidentally gave me exactly what I wanted. I would have been upset if I was an ordinary customer, but luckily I am abnormal. Original tart, oreo and toasted almonds is the best combo btw (you will not be disappointed). Overall, they actually had really bad service.

Always love Pinkberry, but visited the store on March 3 and customer service was HORRIBLE! I asked for fresh bananas (there were none) and waited they never came. Desiree rang me up and I paid. I then asked about the bananas and she never even apologized just went back and got them and put them in a separate bowl and then weighed them and charged me again. When I questioned her she rolled her eyes and was rude. One of the worst customer service transactions I’ve ever experienced. We even at one point asked about restroom and she was like the key is right here (pointing to the side of the counter where it was hidden) and then she grabbed it and handed it to me. Again, very rudely. She honestly seemed like she hated her job and didn’t want anything to do with talking to customers. I watched her interact with others and she wasn’t friendly with anyone. Multiple times she disappeared into back and people walked in and saw no employees!
