The burger is pretty good and the fries are even better very thin and crispy but the shakes aren’t very flavorful and it doesn’t even taste like real ice cream

Not a full service Steak and Shake. Limited menu and the food is so-so. The dining room had televisions playing sound and the radio blaring. The parking garage is free but the floors are very tight and crowded. Remember the NUMBER of the floor you park on because you can't reference the floor names inside the elevator and the colors are a mess. We will not return.

Great place for yummy burgers and shakes. Funny enough, I come here because my boys love the amazingly delicious footling hotdogs! Their fries with the seasonings are also very good. If you're in the downtown Burbank area, give it a try.

I ordered a hot dog with French fries today, and I saw a big long hair on it. It was disgusting. I approached to the manager, and he didn’t even say I am sorry, or anything. I was expecting at least an apology. He ordered one of the kitchen staff to make a new one [ I waited 15 minutes to get the first one with the hair on it ], the guy in the kitchen start laughing, so I asked the manager to get my a refund. He said ok. I wanted to eat there. I waited for 20 minutes, I wasted my time. Don’t go there, and if you decide to go please make sure there is any hair or anything else on your food.

Wish they had a closer location to home this location is the closests for me which I dont mind the drive. Its pretty worth it and. The first time I tried their steak truffle burger here I was hooked. Its not something everyday that you bite into a burger with a yummy garlicy kick taste to it. I feel like the burgers here are the best would definately recommend to people who love to try new burger spots and its affordable. Also the shakes here are the best.

Super tasty! Classic-style burger joint, in the good ways. The Chili Mac (w/spaghetti) is rather good, a bit tangy. It travels pretty well, so don't be afraid to order delivery.
