Buffalo Wild Wings

Wings are absolutely amazing. We ordered bone-in and boneless. There's hamburgers for the kids and chicken wraps for those not looking for something too heavy. There's a juke box listening station you can download on your phone called Touch Tunes. It allows you to sync with apps rather having to pay. Just have it ready to play or it becomes an awkward silent mess if your not prepared.

Ordered wings and cheesecake for takeout. Store front hosts were great! Excellent customer service. Smiled and got me my food quickly. Food was still hot once I got back. I got the Mango Habanero and Jammin Jalapeno flavored wings. Food tastes great! No issues for me. I will be back and I definitely recommend!

Walked in at 5:50 pm and they were not busy. We were seated promptly and then waited 20 minutes before getting up to leave. Not one person stopped to get our drinks or say anything to us. Multiple people that came in after us were receiving food and drink. Now I remember why I do not frequent this Buffalo, service sucks!

My “Medium” wings that got torched by the warmer and never respun. Picked up 5 minutes after the online time suggested since there was nobody up front to actually grab my food. Trainee used his bare hands to grab the carrots & celery (I could see through the door window). Place has been lacking for the last year or so.

We're disappointed. 1 hour in, no service. 20 minutes after we were seated we finally got our drinks, dining area wasn't busy. Guacamole sucked, lacked flavor. Salsa tasted like pace. Atmosphere was cold. We decided to leave before the food came, the wait was ridiculous. How long does it take to put together sandwichs and wraps? Man, Buffalo Wild Wings used to be one of my favorite spots... what happened?

My partner and I went there last night for our anniversary and after waiting 45 minutes for a table we were finally given a table and it took over an hour for us to be served our food. We ended up having to leave because of an emergency and when I asked for boxes the server gave us attitude until I mentioned it was an emergency then she changed her tone. We ended up getting really sick from the food. My partner threw up several times and got diarrhea really bad too and I ended up with extreme stomach pains. I called the manager about it today and all she said was “Oh that sucks. We prep and temp our food correctly so I don’t know what made you sick.” The most compensation she offered was a $20 discount to come back but we don’t ever plan to eat there again given how sick the food made us. I spent almost 15 minutes mostly on hold just to basically be told ’I can’t really do anything for you’. That was the WORST $53 i ever spent. Do not eat here!! There are much much better places!!

Guidelines being followed. Actually seen a couple being rejected as we walked in to sit down for not having mask entering the establishment. Services was great, Joseph 2as our server and was very attentive and followed up quick on our questions or if we needed something, like extra plates, water or utensil. Order the traditional wings and half came out cold and the other half warm. Not sure if it was due to the size of our party but still came out great. A 5 if wings came out warm. Great staff was the key factor on not a lower review.
