We always get the brisket it's great. Husband also tried the burger with brisket on it also enjoyed it

Today was our first time at Uncle Bo's and it was amazing. We had the meatloaf brisket and it was delicious. Our service was fantastic. The will give you a small sample if your not sure if you'd like the sides. BAD mistake. I loved it all and had a hard time deciding what to pick. We will definitely return. Ask for Kristi C. She was the friendliest and enjoyed her job. It was nice to have such a sweet server.

I went to Uncle Bo's for the first time with my Buddy Steve this past Saturday night. We got there around 9. It was pretty busy, but the service was still fast. I couldn't decide what I wanted to get so I got the meat sampler. You pick 4 meats from 9 options. You get 1/4 of a pound of each option. They have THE Best Fried Catfish I've ever had. I tried brisket for the first time ever there and loved it. They also have very good pulled pork. Their ribs weren't bad, but they just didn't wow me like the Catfish and Brisket. I will definitely be going back. I'm gonna get the sampler again but switch out the ribs and maybe the pulled pork for something else.
