Used kiosk and sat down, got food surprisingly fast, the employees were helpful to an older gentleman that didn’t know how to properly use it as well. Amazing service and food. Definitely recommend if your craving burgers and a milkshake💯

Found mold on the burger bun. This is unacceptable especially after waiting 40 mins just for a burger and two shakes. I should sue this place for this type of service.

The korean guy is super sharp and got my order perfectly. So I am happy. We go here a lot. I got my onion rings and millshake too.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed it but the only one problem was no chicken fingers that was missed during my recent to the restaurant. I noticed every fast food restaurants has either chicken nuggets or fingers and definitely chicken sandwiches except for Steak and Shake. Please bring back chicken fingers along with heath candy bar milkshake another favorite menu item.

Personally don't care for their order at the kiosk and wait for the food to be called thing. Also didn't care for the fact that the milkshakes that we ordered with our food in stead of regular drinks didn't get brought out until we were almost done with our food. It also doesn't seem to matter what size fries you order you get the same amount. Food taste good though.

I can't say this was a good experience for me, I have 2 kids whom they are allergic to pickles so I ordered 3 steak burgers without pickles and 1 with pickles as you can see in the ticket, and they gave me the opposite of what I ordered, I also paid a dollar extra for bacon and look at these little pieces of bacon, this is a Ripoff!
They also didn't put lettuce and tomatoes on all of them. And I never said without Onions!
Worst is, I had to drive home 20 minutes just to find out that my order was totally wrong. Also they made me wait for almost 20 minutes in the drive thru.

Unfortunately, COVID hit this place hard. It's no longer the noisy, packed, friendly place it used to be. Now it's sterile, quiet, and quite sad. They've mostly blocked off the kitchen and you now only interact with employees to pick up your food. The workers were all friendly in the brief interactions we had with them, but it just doesn't feel the same. It almost makes it feel as if no one works there. You even order your own food on kiosks at the front and seat yourself. We didn't see any coloring sheets or hats for the kids. The menu is slimmed way down. I miss the old place I used to hang out. Hope things change for you guys!

Took my son here for his first Steak and Shake experience. His exact words were "this was the best meal I've ever had" and he is a picky eater so that's quite the compliment from him.
Dining area was clean and well kept, service staff were friendly and food was made in a timely manner.
