Chick-fil-a

I have had a few issues with this location.. first the picture I’ve taken a couple bites and I’m pretty much eating bread 😅 then i was there the other day and they forgot half my order when I tried to tell the lady she points at the receipt and says “well this is what you paid for” and turned around and started talking to another girl. Lol I went to another lady and she helped me and I paid for the rest of the meal that was forgotten. Paying for it wasn’t the issue, I just needed to add to it since I guess it got mixed up when I was ordering (which is Ok). Then I did the whole if you donate 15 dollars you’ll get a gift card and they ran out of gift cards? And pretty much told me “sorry we ran out of gift card, do you want a brownie instead?” Lol are you kidding? I told them no that I just paid $15 bucks for a brownie? I asked if I could get a gift card for that amount since they sold me on what they were offering or what they sold me on. They pretty much threw 2 brownie gift card in my car that expired in 2 weeks 😂 i wasn’t going to argue so I just drove off.

A little difficulty getting through the drive through entry lines to park. Once in, the counter staff was very pleasant and got the order right the first time. We ask for GF with no marinade and this location was not only happy to accommodate, but had a button to make it easy. Very happy with this location and the Operator is clearly customer service driven with his staff.

Chick-fil-A is always a reliable restaurant choice. It's always their pleasure to serve you, with a smiling face and a warm bag of delicious chicken from the Lord. Why did the chicken cross the road to get to Chick-fil-A because this food is delicious I could not recommend Chick-fil-A enough try the nuggies #blessed

I admit I am addicted to the milkshakes, and I love them. I love the peach flavor, the vanilla, the strawberry, everything but the chocolate cause I haven’t tried it. The frosted lemonade… a bit watered down last time I got it at this location, but it’s worth a shot. You know the chicken sandwich is great, and the fries are always cooked fresh here. Never got any cold fries here, or luke warm. Im ashamed to say I’m slightly obsessed with the macaroni and cheese. I love the southwestern salad, and the chicken wrap. The only thing I don’t really like is the grilled nuggets.

Food was great as usual but we stopped on a road trip to use the playground but it is still closed “due to these times.” I understand why playgrounds were closed at the beginning of COVID but it’s a little ridiculous to keep them closed. Our kids were extremely sad not to be able to use the playground.

I love going to Chick-fil-A especially the one on Hamilton Mill Rd in Buford. I get a piece of mind when I come through the drive-through because I know my order will be right. I don't know what about today was so different but whoever normally runs the evening shift you can tell was not in the building. My food was all wrong. I had to go back through the long line to get it fixed. They also got the two cars ahead of me orders wrong also. The universe must be all screwed up today because that never happens in my experience. I come to your organization and wait for however long with a smile on my face because I love the consistency from Chick-fil-A but today those standards were not met. I hope this doesn't happen again because Chick-fil-A is the one of very few fast food places my family can trust nowadays.
