I Often visit this location. Today was my last day, the service aren’t the same. The lady Hispanic employee was very, very rude and nasty all because I ask for alittle more onions. She has very bad customer service. She been rude to me on one other occasion as well this ain’t the first time. I hope the general manager make some changes asap.

I went in for the t mobile tuesday deal and they said they don't do that. I didn't buy that BS. I'll let corporate know.
Update: corporate sent me a letter and a gift card which was very cool. I'm bumping the stars up, but for corporate and for the lazy people that work in the store.

Placed the order 20 minutes prior to showing up as I was in a hurry and it was on my way home . I get there and the place is deserted with the employees on their phones, and when I ask for my order the girl realized that she hadn’t seen it and said the ticket just printed. Sat here waiting an additional 20 just waiting for the food to be made.

Firehouse I in my top 3 favorite sandwich restaurants - and actually may be my number 1. We eat from publix about 2x per month. My favorite is the hook and ladder sandwich on white bread.

They never answer the phone after calling for 10 minutes and charge for things randomly. I also found a bug leg in my side pickle. I’m very mad. Their doordash is not up to date and you cannot add things like peppers and oil and vinegar and have to call but they DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE. And I just found a black or brown hair in my food. I’m done with this place. Very disgusting.

Refused a valid T-Mobile Tuesdays reward promo. That's definitely a sign of incompetent management and a lack of customer service. Won't be eating at Firehouse anymore.
Edit - Upper management responded and I can see why Firehouse is as popular as they are even in such a competitive space. Will be going back.

EDIT: actually all 3 were wrong, they did remake 2 of them which of course required a visit to the location. Thanks for trying to make it better.
Just ordered 3 subs via Doordash, Italian, a special order bacon/roast beef with xt bacon and a Turkey bacon ranch. The Italian got all the pepper/salt/oil and vinegar that was to go on the roast beef, the roast beef has NO bacon and of course none of the oil and everything else it was to have. 2 out of 3 wrong
