My server was amazing. I can't remember her name. I was there around 5 pm on a week day.. So was the cook. The food was very good. I will definitely be back.

This place definitely stands by their lower ratings. Service was fast, however servers very rude. We came in for a to go order and my boyfriend could immediately tell the lady had an attitude. I was like no she doesn’t it’s fine, it’ll be fine. We got orange juices to go, they gave them to us with no ice, so they were warm. Who wants to drink warm orange juice? When my boyfriend payed the girl tossed his card back at him and then tried to get him to leave a tip, no I don’t think so. If you want a tip, treat your customers with respect and do your job, after all you chose to work there. We said thank you for our food and were ignored. Also no jelly for our toast and no butter for the waffles. I’ve been to many waffle houses before and this one takes the cake for being the worst one within only 10 minutes.

It was pretty fire. Lisa was an awesome server and even helped us save some money. They could've gone a little more on the chocolate chips but it's okay. Would definitely go back.

I’ve been there a few times in the past and they do not disappoint. I always feel the warm welcome of the staff, and the food always tastes authentic and homemade. I will most definitely go back in the future.

Negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE. The staff is ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL, racist, rude, lacking sense of urgency, among many other things.
My minor child and I received the worst service I’ve ever encountered in my life.(coming from a 14 yr old veteran in fine dining)
I’m absolutely appalled at the staff’s unexceptionable behavior. My minor child and I were shouted at from across the restaurant by the server on duty while minding to ourselves.
She never visited our table. We were unable to order because she was too busy (only server)
And even proceeded to try and call law enforcement to get out of serving us.
Worst experience ever. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go here.

What a difference from the other Waffle Hose I reviewed just minutes ago! Haven't even been here a full two minutes and I've already been greeted, have silverware, my order has been called to the cook, and I have a cup of coffee. If you want breakfast near the Mall of Georgia, forget the one across the street and drive down Hwy 20 to just across I985 to get the service you want from a Waffle House! Thank you, Allie! You were awesome!

I went in for a Togo, and a young lady had just taken another persons order. Once I tried to order, no one seemed to have time for my order, or even tell me that it’ll be a couple minutes to be courteous. I just walked out. Teach your employees to be nice and respect ALLL customer, because you never know who will walk on the building.

The waiters are rude and disrespectful. They yell at customers and you can tell that they are mad. I found hair in my food, and it was NOT mine. Very rude, disrespectful, and gross. That is the LAST time me and my family go there. If you are planning to go there for the first time, I recommend you don’t. 👎🏼👎🏼
