Fantastic food and service! Friendly bartender that pours a great drink👍 The food was so delicious I forgot to take photos! Managed to take one of my perfectly cooked steak!
Salads were fresh and cold. Served with a basket of assorted warm rolls. We had the 10 oz ribeye Perfectly seared on the outside and medium rare on the inside. All in all we were very pleased! I highly recommend you try this restaurant.
Our server was over the top professional and was very understanding with our food allergies steaks especially the prime where cooked perfectly to out temperature likes. Will definitely be here again. Just remember this is a steak house expect to pay a little more for a perfect steak well worth it.
WOW! Great new owners have really stepped it up a notch ... was always a a fine quality dining experience but they beautifully remodeled but kept the wonderful Wyoming wall murals that create such a welcome atmosphere. And now there are very nice table clothes which is a nice feel, bathrooms event updated ... and great new updated menu. Everything we had was top notch quality, great service and plenty to eat (we took some home too). Highly recommend!
The Cattle Guard restaurant gave us what is probably the best meal out, that we’ve had in ages! We had their prime rib and it came at least an inch thick, juicy, cooked to perfection, and full of flavor, with the blue cheese wedge salad as the perfect forerunner. The service was excellent and we cannot, but to recommend this establishment to the highest degree. If you come to Buffalo, Wyo - absolute DO NOT miss it!!!
Dan and Deb have outdone themselves time and time again. Always consistent, phenomenal food and service… hands down the best restaurant in Johnson and Sheridan county. Don’t walk, run to Cattleguard Steakhouse for a 5 star dinner, you will not be disappointed ♥️
The food was excellent! I'm here in town for work. The staff was super busy but also very kind! We were still served in a timely manner. Will definitely be back! 👌
Traveling solo, looking for a good steak. I'll start by saying that if the Owner/Manager was not working I doubt anything would get done - she is amazing! On the flip side it's been a LONG time since I've seen a more lazy, do NOTHING bartender! WOW, why go to work? Place virtually shut down because she didn't know how to make a lemon martini. Food is very good, prices fair. Wine is over priced and small pour.
