Tim Hortons

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION! HORRIBLE! If I could give this a lower rating than a 0 star I would. Not only does this location consistently get my order wrong but the quality of the food is disgusting. I ordered 4 hash-browns and they were in a pile of broken, mushy pieces when I was handed the bag. Then, I noticed I was shorted two breakfast sandwiches and I asked for the other two, they were severely undercooked. The bacon was half done and almost falling out of the bread and the cheese wasn't even attempted to be melted. To top it all off the employee was annoyed that I asked to have the food recooked. Instead, she just slapped my money back down on the counter and expected me to reach over for it. There is zero commitment to any sort of quality there...both is customer service and food quality. NEVER GO THERE!!!

I have always had a great experience at this Tim Horton's. I was just recently here and noticed a cup in the tree and ran out to grab it and throw it away, not sure why anyone would do this. When I got up to the window I was told my order was taken care of by the district manager, I just want to say thank you! Was not expecting that and would hope anyone would help keep anywhere clean.

I've gone here multiple times and never had a problem, until this past Saturday. I stopped to get an iced coffee and a tea as my usual order and they both tasted like creamy water. So I headed back to get my drinks fixed and ordered another one on top of it and pulled up to the window and the girl practically showed the drinks in my face to the point where I almost dropped them! No apology, or sincerity just pure rudeness!! Never going back!!

First Tim Hortons experience. Few to Buffalo for the first time and had to see what all the fuss about Tim Hortons is all about. The acceptable however I would have liked to have soy or almond milk or something other than real milk. Next time I think I would like to order the fruit explosion muffin and maybe a donut or two to see how it compares to Dunkin Donuts or Krispy Kreme

The worst Tim Hortons you’ll ever visit! Food tastes like rubber and the “ coffee” is usually a cup filled with hot water and a mouthful of coffee grounds on the bottom and to top it off never filled to the line. Employees can’t count change too. Forget about making a left out of there, you’ll get in car accident!
