I didn't get my credit card back after my purchase.(honest mistake) I called first thing in the AM and a nice gentleman offered to get my message to the supervisor and have her call me after 9 AM. She did call me back and left me a message. I went there after work and she safely returned my card to me. She also offered me a coffee/muffin. What I loved most , was how calm she was, (Professional) listened to my concerns and was genuinely apologetic.. skills missing in today's economy..great customer service.. Thanks for making me believe in kindness again.
