Each visit gets worse and worse. Today was the last straw. 8 piece meal and you wait until I pay to say no breast available. Then I get home to 7 pieces in bucket. Not even worth the trip back.

Went today ordered 2 12 piece dinners almost 80 bucks the chicken was soggy the biscuits were so dry they actually crumbled into crumbs I mean almost $80 and the food was horrible never before have I ever experienced such a thing I mean 80 bucks is a lot of money to spend for some chicken but usually it's good no the worst I would have taken it back but we can about 5 miles to go to this KFC wish they would make it right but I don't think that will happen

their delivery is usually fantastic, but the drive-thru was not as great. it was like 3:45pm, they had no breasts. and I got the deal which includes 4 cookies, but they didn't include the cookies! 😡

Went here @ 730pm pulled up to the drive thru & the lady says I'm sold out. They literally didn't have anything not even ice like how yall dont have any food not even coleslaw nothing. Business or @ home always make sure u have food

This string that was used to wrap the frozen chicken was fried together. I don’t know what chemicals might have come out from it to fry the chickens.. They exchanged the one with their one piece of chicken. They also forgot to put a chocolate chip cookie inside, which I did not notice until I got home. Need to work on the food hygiene!

I KFC on Delvan and Grider...I'll admit it's a guilty pleasure of mine from time to time. However, I really wish they would repair their parking lot and entrance. I have damaged my car several times driving up and out their parking lot...it's a disservice to the community as well as it is to customers. PLEASE FIX YOUR PARKING LOT!

This is something that needs to be seen by management and the KFC franchise. I was inside ordering and their was someone sitting and waiting in the lobby. After I placed my order he told the cashier that he was there for a scheduled interview. The cashier told him they are not hiring, he then showed her confirmation on his phone of his interview and she replied “your phone may say one thing but we’re not hiring” …. This kid was well dressed and showed up to a scheduled interview just to be turned away.
