OK after my last visit I won't be stopping at this location anymore. I got a wrap with the paper still attached to my cheese. Not only is it unappetizing but I could have choked. I contacted the company who kicked the can down the road to the location who have ignored me. I just wanted a refund on an item that I couldn't eat. They definitely lost a loyal customer.

5 star prices, 1 star quality, service and consistency. Severely understaffed = stockholder fraud. 25+ minutes trapped in drive thru lines because they built up curbs so you can't escape. Burnt tea, burnt mac n cheese, burnt bagels, food quality is completely inconsistent, and they illegally never give you a receipt unless you ask for it, violation of state and federal law. You cant blame the employees, you can honestly only blame managers, gluttonous franchise owners and overpaid undereducated corporate executives for these failures.

The food is good if they get your order right! If you're getting your food delivered make sure you say how many drinks you have and sides for example a muffin or donut because they forget to put those things in your bag. Several times grub hub will say they delivered the items but really didn't

Unfortunately went into the location drive thru to many cars . Unfortunately we were shorted 1 donut no biggie but whomever helped counter person didn't make some drinks correctly. But gentleman at register had great customer service

Tim Hortons is the best kept secret in the border states. I never heard of it before moving to NY. Now, I'll never go anywhere else for coffee and breakfast. Tim Hortons, thank you for existing! 😻☕🍩

Got a farmers wrap loaded with bacon and sausage and a coffee. In and out, this place is great for morning Togo orders as they are not crowded and you can get in and get out so your not late for work.
