Tim Hortons

I have been a customer almost daily at this location for the past last six months. I started driving out of my way because your location was the only one in the area that made coffee good. Their are four other locations within in a five minute drive that I can think of. well today I received the worst two cups of I've had from Tim Hortons in months!!! T/T w/pumpkin and a 3/4 w/pumpkin. These two cups tasted burnt with no sugar or pumpkin flavor at all. I'm not sure what employee had left and you had to replace. But this very disappointing service. Also I tried to call the location to let them know of the horrible experience. However the phone went to a fax machine service.

CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. You want chocolate donut, you get plain, you want toasted bagel you get untoasted, you want chive cream cheese, you get plain. You want iced coffee, YOU GET HOT. The drive thru is mediocre, stuff gets out relatively fast but its only correct about half the time. The service inside is dreadful. Most recently, there were 2 people in front of me, one had already had his order taken and had paid and I still waited close to 15 minutes to even get my order taken. There were 4 women working and all seemed miserable, answering the headset and taking front counter orders like they'd rather be anywhere else in the world. Pretty lackluster experience overall.

Very rude when order was taken and then didn't even get the order right. Is anyone supervising these little brats and their poor customer service. This was my first time at a Tim hortons and now also my last. What a terrible representation of the company was displayed today. Why do people even go to this location?

Over the past 3 years I've been going to this location at least once a week and up until recently I have had nothing but good experiences with kind staff but over the past month the quality has dropped substantially. If I order the wrap some days the wrap is in tatters and cant even be held to eat. It's really sad to see a location I enjoyed visiting regularly has slid so far.

This location has no customer service and can't get your order right. I had hair in my food and they supervisor did not believe me. She asked to see the hair and proceeded to tell me nobody has that hair color. If I ordered it I wanted it! You will only get serviced if your a tonawanda police officer. I would not go back for the poor service.
