It was a good experience but sometimes they do mess the drinks up a little if there is too much crowd..

I love this Starbucks and have been their loyal patron for the 2 years that I've been here. The staff is in general so friendly and amazing, but yesterday I went there and ordered a customized drink (because of some allergies I had) and a staff member that was preparing my drink read out a component of my order and remarked "ewwww," as if she were disgusted.
I'm really appalled by this behavior because I'm a paying customer and I don't think I'm entitled to be subjected to someone's disgust because of my dietary restrictions. Really didn't expect this from this Starbucks.

Unlike the Tim Horton in the student union, you can purchase your coffee directly from the Starbucks app and pick it up from the takeout counter. The staff's attitude here are better than Tim Horton's as well. Highly recommended if you have a good/bad day and want to buy a drink without being ruined by the cashier's mood.

2 starts because sometimes you get nice workers. But also 2 starts because they are slow, often rude, and blast the AC unreasonably, so if you are working inside you are freezing (if you stah longer than 30 mins even with a sweater).

It gets really busy, and the staff is amazing at keeping up. Sometimes an online order will be missed and the baristas will always help you out and make lost orders asap. Plus, they usually notice before you have to ask. These guys are awesome!!! 👐🏼👐🏼
