Morning crew is awful. We get the same iced coffees almost every day & they’re never ever consistent. I’m not sure what’s so hard to make a triple triple mocha iced coffee with granulated sugar but morning crew needs to do better. It’s quite embarrassing. Night crew though is amazing & the nicest humans ever & deserve the world for being the best.

I've been a long time Tim Hortons customer, but unfortunately I'll no longer be going since it seems like they're moving in the wrong direction for quality food. Recently, I was told by their staff that they removed the fresh fruit option, with the only side option for healthy choices being yogurt... So now, I can't offer my kids any healthy options. Update: even worse now. Staff is usually friendly, but they're quality is going even further downhill. Today I found an eggshell in my breakfast wrap. And not a small piece. Like a quarter rof an egg.

I ordered Tim Biebs and a vanilla latte. They handed me two lattes and guilt tripped me into taking the second one because they charged me for both. I only wanted 1 latte and shouldn't have been charged for 2. Get better headsets or listen to orders properly next time. The wrap around drive-thru on this location sucks. There was a sign outside that said "Short staffed. Drive thru only" but it was full of employees inside chatting and joking around. I probably won't come back to this location.

I will never go to this place again. I ordered through the drive thru and they completely messed up my order. I went in and the lady look at me and just pointed to an empty cash register. Then the other lady finally came out and started bagging bags with stuff and then proceed to “help” me. Then I was watching her remake my bagel without any gloves on or anything. Like how gross is that? I would never eat that after u where just touching everything in the world and then touched my food bare hands? Need less to say I’m never going back. Absolutely appalled.
