I had a sub after asking one of the servers what their favorite was. I was very pleased with the quality and the flavor. my husband used to work close enough to one of the Di Bella restaurants and he would go there for lunch quite often. now that he's retired he is not driving that vicinity very frequently. when I brought him a sub home he was licking his chops and ate the whole thing, the large one! LOL
Great sub, fresh rolls. I got the dagwood. One of the best subs I ever had!
Best subs you can get hands down. They have the same supplier as Wegmans, but idk how, they're subs are soooo much better than Wegmans. They must do something different. They're about twice the size of a subway sub. Meat is always fresh and you can taste the difference. Pepper jack cheese, hot peppers, onions and lettuce are always fresh and delicious. Staff is friendly, have never had an issue. Was hard to hear them with the masks and plastic boards. Other than that another great experience. Wishing they'd expand down south, they'd blow away the competition.
Delicious bread, fresh ingredients. Our last stop in the Buffalo tour we did today. We ate a portion of each sub in the restaurant, and are taking the rest home for dinner. Their subs remind me a lot of a few places back home in CT (although we call them grinders 😊). To me, bread is one of the most important parts of a sub. If the bread sucks, the whole thing is ruined for me. Their bread is chewy on the inside, crusty on the outside.. a perfect sub bread. I got the "Godfather" which was salami, capicola, and spicy ham. There was a stack of meat and an equal amount of toppings, nice proportions for a bit with everything in it. The steak and cheese we ordered ended up being on the wrong bread which was a bit disappointing. We also thought it could use a bit more mayonnaise (if you're into mayo on a steak n cheese). We really liked the decor in there, very "50s diner" style. Thanks for some great food, Buffalo! See you soon!
