Drinks super expensive.
Food takes forever to come out.
Customer service is at it's worse here.
However I like the ambiance of this place. Good crowd of people gather here. They won't honor any coupons you may have for them even though they're in some coupon books or use to be. Basically false advertising, they get people to come in from coupons then when you go to use them they don't honor it.

I love this place. Great people, fair prices, really pleasant decor. Menu looked good, as did the food when it came out. But as I didn't order anything can only comment on the terrific fries because guy next to me gave me some of his.
Music playlist also brilliant. Makes me wish I was in Buffalo more often.

Super chill spot, very friendly crowd. Feels like everyone knows everyone here 😂. Staff were friendly and efficient. Music wasn't too loud so you could have conversations without yelling. They sometimes host $20 buffet dinner. They also host award events to honor local talents and entrepreneurs which I think is amazing. Drinks are affordable, but you have to try the bbq ribs if you eat meat.

Food is delicious! I had chicken fingers and it’s obvious that the oil was fresh and that they use real meat! It was seasoned just right. I’d definitely eat there again! The Chicken and Waffles looked like heaven on a plate. I’ll have to try that next time.

It was nice and quiet just before the party started. The music was popping. I ordered the Oakk Room Sampler Appetizer and it hit the spot and had a nice drink. I was in and out. It was a good time.

The food and service is excellent....I was missing a home cooked momma and daddy missing you badly meal and this place "fit the bill"!! It was so yummy I felt like I was back home again. The waitress was hospitable. You guys rock with the beautiful display of Buffalo nostalgia which was fun to look at and remember!!!!

This place is one of the best bars in Buffalo. On a regular day they are open they have some of the best food. The staff is friendly amd you get a homely feeling being there. On Sundays they BRUNCH! For $20 they have all you can eat eggs, grits, bacon, sausage, chicken, fried fish, waffles, and other tasty items. They also have mimosas for $20 where you can get a bottle of champagne and you choice of drink. 😍

Went there for the Bill's game w/ a friend...the drinks and waitresses were dynamite...the food was ok, reg. bar food...my friend did get her food compt. because she did have a problem w/ the meal. Management does need to know how to speak their patrons, and that is where I am giving them only 3 stars,when it should have been 5.
