First time at this location. Only 1 person working, but you would never know it by the employee's attitude. She told me her name, but I don't know how to spell it. She was so friendly and efficient and the sandwich I purchased was absolutely delicious 😋. I will definitely be back.

This was the first Subway I have ever seen that had a drive-through window. That was cool. What wasn't cool was this was this was the only Subway I have ever been to that didn't offer a Senior Discount.

I've recently started going to this location. There is one employee there that takes her time making subs rather than just slopping it together, and every time she makes my sub it's so good. Also, every time she works the cookies are so soft. I don't know her name, but she has really short blonde hair. She does a fantastic job!

I went to this Buffalo Subway today. I bought 4 subs. There were three girls/women working there. It was busy… drive thru was busy. Inside was busy. When I went in the first girl was busy with an order, yet she welcomed me. She was working quickly, doing several things at once to keep things flowing. These girls are fantastic! I’m sorry the line built behind me, but I am so thankful for such great workers. The subs were prepared perfectly!

I went in today to the Buffalo, Oh Subway around 3:30-4. There was a younger guy working, who is such a great kid. This is the second time that I have had beyond excellent service from him and also a dark haired younger girl who was working the same shift today (maybe she was getting ready to leave). Im not sure what this Subway does differently with hiring but they are on point. The subs were excellent and looked really good. Theses two kids are so polite, hard working and take pride in what they do. I will never go to Cambridge subways again because all you get there is horrible customer service.

The 2 young men working on 6-19-20 at 6pm, they are an absolute asset to subway, they were so polite and respectful, and do such a fantastic job they absolutely deserve a pay raise. It was such an absolute pleasure being treated the way they treated us, don’t know what your names are but thaank you very much for such amazing service.

The staff at this location was very friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the lobby was neat. Even the food prep area was clean. The cookies were fresh and delicious!

Can't go wrong with a spicy Italian foot long sub with everything an top off with extra Italian! Mmmm! Kids food choices are good they always make sure you got exactly what you asked.

Friendly staff, but it was extremely hot in the restaurant. Thermostat on the wall said 94°. The employees didn't know how to turn it down.
