We normally didn't go to Del Taco as when it came to Americanized tacos, we often went to Taco Bell. But I have to say that Del's new shredded beef taco birria was a hit. The tacos reminded me of street tacos. I was surprised that a franchise could have a dish like this. We liked the consome. It was flavorful with the tacos dipped in it. One point deducted, though. The portion was small. I get it. This year's inflation is scary. Food portion got smaller while prices went up so obviously. We spent $22 on an order of quesa birria combo and an order of Taco birria itself but couldn't get ourselves full. My husband had to grab something else to eat.
Coming back? Maybe or maybe not. We are savers, so anything that's not worth my buck, we won't.

Some employees are really professional n they care to make sure they make ur order correct ...but most of the time I get the ones that don't care n they always forget my tacos or burrito or they just don't make it the way it's ordered n they charge extra money to make it how I request n they just make it normal...slap in tje face u get home n ur order is wrong :(

This review isn't for the food, this is for the service at this location, it's always top notch. Food always taste fresh and always comes out correct, i have never had to go back because they forgot something. Gets very busy on weekends after midnight but I don't mind waiting cause gentlemen who takes the orders is always a pleasure to deal with.
