Had the lobster roll. Awesome. Great staff. Didn't want to pay $1.79 for bottled water so they gave me a cup for ice and fountain water.
As expected, got what we ordered, food was hot
The young girl with blondish hair and Glasses at the food window on Sunday September 10th at 9am was so nice and accommodating. I love seeing when people work hard with a smile on their face . I also like when people do the things they're supposed to without being asked. This is very rare at McDonald's So thank you once again!
Yes, it took forever to get through the drive-through. When we got to the window, we could see why. Lack of staff. Only a few workers scrambling to get all the orders done. But still friendly and cheerful, even while facing endless complaints. What are they supposed to do? The company is constantly hiring. I'd rather they stayed open so parents can pick up something on the way home from the game rather than close the window. Have a little patience and humanity, folks.
The food is as it was 3 years ago not much change, the service is a long time wait staff wants you to use kiosk while they care for the drive thru. Three times be with you in a minute and after three times you leave so you have no idea the atmodphere. Thats a true review screen shot
This place has gotten a face-lift and looks good. The wait times are good. A lot of improvement! Grab a meal to go and go enjoy the Bucksport waterfront. Just went again today and it was quick and fresh and hot! Very good improvement here.
Very nice employees today. It's mcdonalds, I don't expect anything too fancy but every time I go here my sandwiches aren't just tossed together, everything is well put together and when you're driving and eating a big Mac, that matters haha. And everyone is pleasant which makes it even better.
Hot darn, I just had the best McDonald’s of my life. Both my fries and my hot and spicy mchicken were so piping hot I couldn’t eat them when they came out. They came out promptly and the woman who brought them or brought extra sauces incase I wanted. A+ in every way.
My bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal hit the spot. My only regret was not buying ten of them.

It's McDonald's. The food is always the same. But the staff are really nice and helpful. Hopefully they're getting paid enough to make dealing with Karens worth it.
