Jimmy John's

I’ve lived here in AZ for 6 years. This is by far, my most favorite JJ’s location. The employees here, go above and beyond to make my online ordering experience easy. They’re very kind to their customers and always make my sandwiches exactly the way I want them. They even make sure they pronounce my name right when I go there! 10/10 would recommend.

This Jimmy Johns used to be excellent! Fresh, fast and your order right. Now, they mess up our order every single time. Half the time we don’t get our chips that we pay for. One time we tried to order and they were closed. Often times they are out of ingredients. Tonight, they were out of cheese. If management isn’t trained to go across the parking lot and buy the needed supplies then he or she needs additional training. Customer service is lousy. And, to top it all off, the bread was stale tonight! UGH!

I loved this Jimmy johns.. when they first opened. Lately... its been nothing but mediocre. The sandwiches I make at home are better tasting, better made, better quality. Doesn't seem to matter what you put in the app for the customizations. And I have no idea what happen to my sandwich tonight... but I can't even call it a sandwich.. the meat and cheese aren't even on the bread. Im just highly disappointed. I couldn't even eat it. Just wrapped it back up and put it in the fridge. This was the #5. I had ordered extra lettuce, extra tomato, and extra mayo giant cut in half. I'm sad. And I'm still hungry. :(

Ordered one sandwhich for delivery at 1pm said it would take 15-17 minutes for delivery. I live less than a mile away from the store waited over an hour and when i called to cancel i was placed on hold where i waited for 10 minutes before having to call back and getting no answer at all. Wouldn't recommend, I'm disabled and not able to go myself. Very dissapointed with my experience and unfortunately will not be giving this establishment another chance. Ive already ordered from a different eatery further away and already recieved that so theres no excuse for tge poor service from Jimmy Johns. You lost a customer who orders food at least once a day. I can only hope this doesmt happem to anybody else. Save your time, money, and peace of mind. By the time i got a notification saying it was completed it was over an hour after all the earlier ordeal with them and my food was sitting on thw ground, even though theres a table outside the door, and no knock or doorbell. Very unprofessional, after giving a $4 tip my grand total was $24.82 for one sandwich that was over 2 hours late and paid extra for avocado that I didn't get on it. Thanks Jimmy Johns, you honestly deserve 0 stars.

I called Jimmy John's because I ordered on doordash and it said that my Stuff had not even left there location I called the kid told me to hold on put some other random person on didn't know who they were they didn't tell me it was a general manager until I said I don't know why they put you on the phone he said I was a general manager very very rude general manager Didn't even say goodbye after our conversation just hung up on me. And my sandwich sucked I have never had a Jimmy John's sandwich so blow it didn't even have Mayonnaise on it when it was supposed to have it I will never be buying from these guys again.

Very disappointed, placed my order and never got it, the delivery driver doesn't remember anything just that he put by the door. Adv the manager my son been working in the garage with the garage door open my son would of seen him pass!! Yes they offered to replace it but gonna say oh it's a long wait, instead of saying we will put u on a priority and get it out immediately to you nope we gotta go bck in line and wait for our food that we ordered at 11:45.

Had to give a star, because they won't let you give ZERO!! Just got off the phone with a kid working today. He told me, they don't deliver to my residence, which is only 4 miles away, because it takes 15 minutes to get to my house???? They need to inform everyone in Buckeye, AZ, they only deliver to Sundance!!! Pathetic shop!! Hopefully, somebody brings a REAL sandwich shop out here!!!
