Denny's

It’s a denny’s what do you expect Manager not helping the server, he looks pretty annoyed. When we enter the establishment it look to be no one in site not even for the five minutes I stood there waiting to be seated once someone show up it was quick to be seated and we order our drinks (oh quick mention our server Ella was great she was really nice and really respectful haven’t had a server like that in quite a while) Anyways food Took a while to get here around like 10 to 20 minutes wasn’t great nor bad. I will only wanna go here if someone invite me or takes me.

Can they give people sweaters as they enter!!!? We had to order and wait outside for the food because my kids and I were just freezing!! 🥶 I asked 4 different people if they could do something about the A/C and the best answer I got was "oh, you are not the only one who's asked today" we ate as fast as we could and left. It was our first time at this location and the wait was not bad at all. About 15min to be seated. The food was OK, could have used some seasoning. Toast was burnt. It was so cold I could hardly enjoy anything. I waited about 10 minutes for my check to come after I asked for it. I had to go the the register to ask since I sat by myself for a while waiting for someone to come. Never had these issues at another Denny's before. Very unlikely we'll be back here.

They are getting the 1 star for how clean they are.. we usually go to cracker barrel but we wanted something different and so we went to Denny's i went to order a bowl of soup and got told no we don't ever have soup... umm it's on your menu like what?? Okay so I moved on and we ordered an appetizer and our food.. well an hour later it all came out together, my medium eggs were so fried the yolk was hard boiled, the cook staff was thinking the family restaurant was a night club with their play list rap not appropriate music, they need an actual adult manager not a group of teenagers running the place.

Food overly cooked and did not Taste good. While being there I heard most people complaining of their food or the wait time. Sounded more like a management problem overall the way things were being handled. Staff was friendly and trying their best but by what we noticed they might need a new cook or more cooks. Plus this place needs a manger on site. I been to different Dennys and by far this has been the worst experience.

I placed a pick up order here this weekend. one of the three entrees was a build your own slam and they got 2 out of the 4 items that I selected wrong. I called to let them know and the calls kept going to an answering machine that asked to press 1 to place an order and press 2 for anything else. If you press 2, it just cycles you to the beginning of the message. I tried a couple more times but was unable to reach anyone. I understand that people make mistakes but what I find unacceptable is having no way for customers to get resolution when a problem occurs.

Omelet was good. Hash browns were undercooked. My replacement browns were cooked but drenched in oil, and a third of the original size. Other person in my party had the Eggs Benedict. He ate them because he was hungry but said they weren't that good. Hollondaise looked suspect. We got a discount (without asking) for the raw hash browns. Would we go back? Sure. It's a Denny's. Can't have high expectations.

Larissa at this location was amazing. Absolutely incredible. Stunning and attentive. She brought our delicious food with a flare that would break your heart. I’ve never seen a woman slinging burgers like that. My companion Craig was in tears at the Joy! of his delicious milkshake. Craig has had milkshakes and all lower 48 states and he said this one was by far the best. If I’m gonna have a last meal I wanna die at this Denny’s

Came in at about 8:30p and not too busy. One server, the manager, and a cook. Took forever to get helped. Table was so dirty that the white napkin we used to dry it off after they wiped it down turned gray! They lost our ticket and so the food took forever. My moons over myhammy was good, but my wife’s cinnamon roll pancake breakfast was not. See picture. Manager did refund her food order since she hardly touched it. Third strike for us. Not returning after trying two other times.
