Jack In The Box

This is the egg roll I was served on the evening. I brought it in to show the store manager and he didnt care. Too busy to talk to a customer, lied that he doesn't speak English well, and gave me the wrong corp. Office number and refused to give me the correct one. I will never eat at this Jack in the box again Worst service ever from the STORE manager. Crew were nice.

This is got to be the worst Jack in the box I've ever been to in My Life. The staff is rude they have no ability to acknowledge that they are in the wrong at any point. They shut the store down for hours in the middle of the night. They sometimes don't accept credit cards because they choose not to not because of any other reason. And I try not to come here if I don't have to. There are other options in this town much better than this. Not to mention they are extremely slow getting your ready if it's even correct.

This place can never seem to get my order right they constantly want to give me the kids burger and they constantly keep giving me toppings when I tell them only cheese this has happened multiple times and today they even burnt the buns tried to call they don't even pick up the phone. I would suggest nobody go to this location they can't even make a plain burger right if you're lucky enough they'll actually get your order right it'll still be made wrong I'd give 0 stars if I could avoid this place at all cost

Jeannetta deserves a raise, especially since she was doing the job of like 5 people when we visited, and was the only one in the store. She deserves recognition for her hard work and her kindness, as well as her top tier customer service. The Dr.Pepper was very crisp, the best kind, and the chicken nugget stars were the best! Not soggy at all, with the perfect crunch. Having worked fast food myself, it tells me she was not only on top of the drive through, but made sure to keep on top of the freshness of the food she was serving. She is a valuable member of your company, don't lose her.

This specific location doesn’t give out the correct order. It’s not the first time it has happened where I asked for 1 number 4 with double cheese and one without cheese and without mayo. They both had mayo and no cheese. The lady argued with us and handed us the INCORRECT order again. They also have a long wait. My first burgers were cold!

If I could give it 1/2 star I would! Went thru drive thru on Saturday night at 9:30 pm. Got food drove back to our hotel. It was 1 block away. Got into the room, the bag was leaking grease and the napkins were soaked in it. I got a sourdough Jack. The bun was NOT toasted, the cheese was a hard slice and the burger was cold. I took a bite and it had a funky flavor but figured it was because it was cold and ate it anyway, I was starving! Unfortunately at 3 am I woke up with severe stomach cramping and spent the rest of the early morning and all day going in and out of the bathroom 😡🤬. My husband was smart and thru all his food out after 2 bites of his taco and a hamburger. You’ve been warned.
