Horrible destination I’m calling corporate, and most definitely getting issues handled. Staff, food, cleanliness and everything was disgusting. We are passing by from Kansas and we stopped (myself and 2 kids) As you guys can see, I ordered 2 big hamburgers and 2 chicken burgers and a kids meal. Simple yea ? Nope. Ms. JADE and her MANAGER are both rude and unprofessional. My dash cam was luckily on and heard the entire conversation while in the DRIVE THRU AND WHILE AT THE WINDOW. Didn’t even get half my order. I will be getting my money refunded 😊 , the bag was dirty, the staff was just unbearably. It’s a shame that such a good fast food place that has a good reputation be ruined by the staff. I understand people not wanting to work, but hire or TRAIN your staff better. 7/23/21 the staff working tonight should all do better . Shame.

I had door dash pick up an order for me just 30 minutes ago. I paid for a double Western cheeseburger and a guacamole burger with extra guacamole and 2 criss cut fries. The Western burger is a single and I was charged for a double. There's barely enough guacamole to qualify as a 'normal' amount let alone extra. The fries were cold, colder than normal even for delivery. I've been calling Carl's Jr to ask for replacement and nobody answers the phone. The Dasher was great btw.

I come here almost every other night because I absolutely love the hand breaded honey heart chicken sandwich. Tonight I don't know what they thought, if they thought this would be funny or if they were trying to pull a joke. But on my "hand breaded honey hot chicken sandwich" I got mayo, pickles, and a tiny slice of lettuce, also a smidge of Honey hot. There was no Swiss cheese, and there was no bacon, and there was no proper amount of Honey hot. It was absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. 12l04/22 But I came back the next day and we talked to the cashier who took care of us. I know I'm going to butcher her name but it was like Janetta. She made me feel like I overreacted because she was just so sweet when she figured out she accidentally messed up. . So anyway I did overreact because it was simple as coming back and getting it fixed, but still don't want to have to drive back to fix my order cx

Just getting off the freeway today and decided to get a small soda at this location off Watson. Ordered my small soda and drove to the window and Sierra hands me a large and says it’s on the house❤️ Seems like a small gesture to you, but I appreciated and thought she should be recognized. Thank you Sierra.
