Firehouse Subs

By no means does A chain restaurant need me to sing it’s praises, but I wanted to highlight the experience I had with one worker. Gabriel was super friendly, extremely professional, and provided a higher level of service than I could have ever expected out of my last minute visit. This particular shop is too far out of my way to say I’ll be returning, but if every employee is like Gabriel, this visit won’t be my last

This place is possibly the best sandwich shop ive ever been to. Very clean, everyone working with and for the customers in an orderly but busy fashion, all employees helpful and happy and polite. Completed a survey asking if there was anything that could be done better, I mentioned menus could be larger print, was only negative i could think of. As this is a franchise business, the local owner has no control over that. Manager called me to see if could do anything to make me happy, apparently my survey was seen as negative, not intentional. Great shop, great food, very clean, polite fast hard working employees, mr. Manager, keep it up, and smile more. I think your words made you wear a frown while you were talking to me. Ill be coming back here to try all the other sandwiches!!!!!

My wife and I were deciding where to eat while we were in Buckeye and Firehouse was where we were deciding to go as we have never tried their subs but decided to go to Denny's across the parking lot, bad decision.. In the 20mins we were in there 5 parties of 2 or more people walked out including us. Take note, do not go to Denny's on Watson Rd..😡 Ok,,, back to Firehouse, I gave them 5 Stars because there were not 6, we LOVED IT... The gentlemen I spoke to ( Gabe ) was so helpful.. He asked if we had been to Firehouse before and I told him it was the first time and he explained everything to us and was very helpful.. We decided on the Smokehouse Brisket Sub with the 5-Cheese Mc & Cheese and some chips.. The young lady behind the counter that prepared the meals was also very friendly and helpful.. The prices are a little higher than your regular Sub Shops, Subway, Blimpy's etc, but better Subs. I will recommend this establishment to anyone who has never been there.. If there was a Subway & a Firehouse in the vicinity of where I am, Firehouse is where I'm going..😋
