Got a personal pan pizza like this. Literally just opened the box to this. looks like some took bites out of it. Needless to say I just threw it away. If this is the kind of service they have then I will never try them out again. BARROS is the way to go for fast-food chain pizza.

Ordered two medium pizzas, cheese bread and mini Cinnarolls for dinner.
Pros: Food arrived on scheduled time, was hot and fresh. Pizza crust had sufficient herb seasoning. Cinnarolls were soft and well coated in icing.
Cons: Cheese on cheese bread was overcooked. Pizzas were slightly over baked and crust on the harder side.

Worst customer service ever, got cussed out by the general manager had to wait an hour and a half for my pizza and ordered pepperoni with pineapple and just had pineapple tossed on my pizza not baked with it!!!!

you would usually expect an increased delivery time on the weekends, but you would also expect the food to be what they showcase. We ordered alfredo pasta and got mostly sauce and really fatty chicken. our pizza crust is overcooked and dried out. their fries taste stale and our mini rolls were overcooked too. it really seemed like they were so understaffed that the food suffered because of it. if you cant get your staff in, then limit your orders so you can deliver the food you showcase.

I had the worst case of food poisoning. I have never been that sick in my entire life literally to the point where I felt like I could not recover from it. It was so bad that every time I think about PizzaHut it makes me sick. I reached out and left a review twice and have not been contacted so I am going to try and get into contact with corporate. Don’t trust this food, I don’t think they washed their hands while preparing my order.

We made an order over 200 dls at 9:50 pm and its 12:10 pm and pizza is still not here it was for a graduation of my nephew we had a after party going on pizza was never deliver I left the house now of the after party at 12:10 pm and no delivery was made I feel bad for the host everyone left without been fed.after the host made 3 calls and those 3 calls were always 10 more minutes. We got to the location an yeah it was closed. I really hope I speak to uper management over this.

Never again! Hardly any sause. Pizza was gross, thin pizza wasn’t thin and the chz sticks were burnt. Not sure what the issues are, by far the worst experience ever.
