It was not bad. The food was good. The restaurant was dirty, tables and floor. Prices are decent. Spice bar was closed.

I paid $7 for this (that’s a small drink BTW)… and the “burrito” had canned beans, over cooked rice, and poorly flavored “Queso”; all completely overpowering the flavor and texture of the chicken (seriously… if you asked me how the chicken tasted at a place called Pollo Loco I couldn’t tell you).

I'm usually not a complainer but when I pay 30$ for an 8 piece meal I expect to receive 8 pieces. I received 7 pieces and one piece is not edible because the half of it seems very under cooked. My mom had 4 brain surgeries and has to have someone sit with her at all times and it's frustrating since I cannot go back and have it corrected.

I love the variety of options that this place has! The staff is very friendly and quick to get your food out to you. I usually get the pollo bowl as it is a cheap, healthy, on the go option. One of my favorite places to get a quick, healthy meal during a busy day!

The worst El Pollo Loco I’ve Ever eaten at. If your food is terrible the GM will tell you to bad..we cannot do anything about it.
I definitely called the 800 number and complained and was given a full refund.
They lost a customer!! Never would eat at this location again.

some of the employees have no people skills. they give you dirty looks. teach cooks proper way to cook chicken. cuz when you cook it the right way has a better taste

Great prices for underwhelming food.
*Edit* I want to clarify that the man behind the counter was extremely courteous and the restaurant was pretty clean, and it just came down to the store was empty of customers and the chicken probably sat out a little too long, because it was real dry. This happens with the best of places, so no hard feelings.
