The service was awesome! Our server Sierra was amazing! I ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was crispy and juicy! My wife ordered the lemon pepper trout and she killed her hole plate! It is one of her most favorite items on the menu. My 12 year old son order grandma's sampler and he said it was delicious! The dining area was clean and neat. They do have outside seating, but we would have had to order to go and than sat outside. They did not have a server for outdoors.

What a warm, inviting restaurant! Employees were masked, and so were we. But masks were not mandated. The store, the restaurant and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Danielle was a wonderful waitress! She brought our hot teas and Coke Zero quickly. When she brought our meals, she brought two more tea bags, and 2 to go cups with hot water. Husband didn’t want Coke Zero to go. Niece and I savored and loved our meals - chicken and dumplings for her & chicken pot pie for me. Husband ALWAYS gets the country fried steak with extra gravy - his favorite. It was as delicious as he expected. This was a great place to stop on our way to Phoenix - not too busy late at night (7 PM) & we did not feel hurried. If you are in the area, and want good service and food, come to this Cracker Barrel!

I thought this restaurant was just ok, caterers to older people and children. Great decorations from the 1900s. Down south cooking with average food quality but decent prices. As with a lot of restaurants staffed with average people doing just ok jobs. You get greeted when you come in but no smiles and no real interest. Fun gift shop, great for older folks, and my kids love the restaurant but the food is just average.

My complaint is with the waitress. I had to ask another waiter for straws😒. I didn't get utensils right off I had to ask a few times😶. Then when I'd gotten them I felt almost insulted😤. They gave my guest and a box full.🥺

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to go into the restaurant 3 times to collect my entire order. It's still wrong after the third time. The manager had zero customer service skills, not helpful at all and needed some serious manager training. She only said two words to me. And didn't compensate me at all for the troubles. Not even a sorry! 2-17-22 7pm

Great and fast service. We did not have to wait long for our food to come out after or server took our order. The food was hot and very tasty. All in all a really good place to go for a good meal.
