We went there yesterday for the first time. The food came out fast fresh and hot food was great the service was great I can't wait to go again
Great food and friendly service. We love it and will not go to other similar restaurants who's food is never as good as Dragon Village's!
The only reason this restaurant did not get a full 5 stars is because they do not have delivery. I frequently visit friends at the Lake and we will eat Chinese quite regularly. The owners are very friendly people who aim to please. I like my General Tso's rather spicy and the breading a bit less soggy then some. They were more than happy to oblige and the result was FANTASTIC! I have no complaints about this restaurant. Very nice people, good food, fantastic service. I would recommend to anyone.
Thirteen of us enjoyed lunch at Dragon Village in Buckeye Lake, Ohio. Our excellent hostess/waitress moved tables together to accommodate us. Our beverages were served, our orders were taken, the good crispy egg rolls arrived with real Chinese mustard sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I had Mei Fun with Barbequed Pork and brought the leftovers home... I would like to eat those noodles every day. There were many different dishes served. We were each pleased with the food and the service. The restaurant is in a strip mall a couple of blocks from the lake and close to I-70.
I love coming here! I would have the chance to stop by while teaching at Lakewood schools. The manager was not only friendly but very enjoyable to talk with. The food is always dependable and delicious. Not sure if the memories I have made here where due to the delicious food or being near the lake, regardless this is a great spot to enjoy Chinese food that is well made and tasty. Whether it’s the Chicken, pork or beef, they are all great choices!
Hands down one of the best General Tso's I have ever had. Not too spicy, but not bland either. Chicken was really crispy also. Portions were very big for the price. Highly recommend if your in the area.
Dragon village has some great food! The dining in isn't anything over the top, but the service and the portions, more than make up for that. I would recommend at least trying it once.
Jenny is the best. The food and portions are incredible. I am not hesitant at all to say this is the best Chinese Restaurant in the region of Central Ohio. That's a bold statement but I don't know of another place where the owner goes shopping locally to purchase the vegetables they cook for you. The desire to offer their customers the best food and experience possible is evident in the quality of the food.
It's not a big place so calling ahead is a good idea because Dragon Village is well known and the owner Jenny is one of a kind. She and her staff work very hard to offer fresh and delicious food.
Great food always, I loved everything I have ordered from this place, General Tso, rib tips, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken just to name a few. The staff is always so nice and great portions highly recommended
I live in Akron now but anytime I go to Newark I drive all the way to buckeye lake and order 50+ bucks in food. There isn't anything I've tried I haven't liked. This restaurant is hands down the best!!!!!! I'll be there tomorrow lol
