Me and the wife decided to go to the mountains in NC to observe the autumn foliage! We discovered this diner on Google maps and wanted to give it a try. Be prepared for a queue because of how popular this restaurant is! We ended up being seated for lunch time and missed breakfast by minutes! The owner was so nice and hospitable! For lunch me and the wife decided to split the Rueben sandwich with fries and have the triple berry cobbler for dessert! The Rueben was phenomenal and the bread they used for the sandwich was incredible. The fries were nice and crunchy! Lastly, the triple threat cobbler was sensational! The gluten they used to bind the cobbler together was probably the best I have ever had! Also, the ice cream was a great way to enhance the experience of eating the cobbler. Lastly, the owner took the time to acknowledge our honeymoon to the whole restaurant and wanted to celebrate with us. He was so kind and genuine! We totally felt loved and welcomed! 10/10 would recommend this place!

We had breakfast there twice while on vacation. Sandra had 2 eggs, bacon, hash brown's and a biscuit while I had corned beef hash,2 eggs, hash brown's and a biscuit. All was very good and the coffee ☕️ never went empty. Hostess and wait staff were great. Come early or be ready to wait. It is well worth the wait.

Great family spot for breakfast when visiting! Mike is super friendly and goes out of his way to make the experience memorable for kids. Our food was great. Only critique, our waitress forgot one of our orders so 3 of our party of 4 ate before one of us and refills were limited.

Must go to for excellent homemade food and incredible service. The guys with me said this is the Best breakfast yet! From Mike inviting you inside from the sidewalk when you arrive to the beautiful ladies providing the greatest service with a family atmosphere. The food was incredible and the homemade desserts just don't get better. Large menu selection and good prices. Plenty of parking out front. Great atmosphere for family, bikers, and couples. Yeah, it was that good, we drove back from NC to do breakfast again with dessert. And the greeting and service were still the best. Thank you Mike and beautiful ladies!

What an awesome place for breakfast! We got there early and was able to get in right when they opened, which was good, because they started to fill up fast!! Our server was super sweet, as were the other employees! The food was delicious and the wait time was minimal! My husband had pancakes, bacon and eggs! I had eggs, bacon, pancakes, and hash browns and then we split an order of biscuits and gravy!! Everything was so yummy! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone for breakfast!!

Ate here both mornings of my visit to Bryson City. The wait can be long but it's so worth it. The staff is so friendly and cheerful. They made us feel like part of this small town. And the food...phenomenal! I ordered the Benedict Florentine (a special) and it's so good I had to beg for the recipe. I didn't quite get the recipe, but I got enough hints that I'm going to attempt it on my own! Honestly wish we lived closer so we could eat here every week.

Such a wonderful place! The staff is absolutely amazing! It's Christmas time and this place is so festive and wonderful! The food is so good! My kids are finicky eaters, but they ate it like it was going out of style!! This was definitely worth every penny spent!!
