Just received a RAW, undercooked burger from this location, tried to talk to the manager about it and she had an attitude then she hung up on me! Hot food was put in same bag with cold drinks, ordered 2 large frys and got small sized portions. I don’t usually complain but the manager was rude and a basic order was completely messed up. I could deal with the no straws and no napkins but an undercooked burger is uncalled for. The lack of professionalism from the manager is a disgrace

To whomever was closing grill this evening (April 8,2022). I ordered a triple cheeseburger with bacon. I haven't eaten at a McDonald's in a couple weeks. I have to say I was surprised to find myself not just filling my stomach with something to ease my hunger but rather actually enjoying the burger I ate. It was delicious and the presentation was synonymous to its picture. Thank you.

This is my quarter pounder.....we're the meat? Looks like a kids burger meat and my fries were cold and under cook. Medina McDonald's food has went way down.

Rude employees and manager there said get out under her breath cuz I ordered a big order and I guess she didn’t like that and saw that I used a half off online coupon on the McDonald’s app. I don’t know why she got mad but whatever. Plus the fries that they gave me were halfway full in a large fry container.

If you like the Steak. Try it on the ENGLISH MCMUFFIN... XTRA Sauce thats made with mayo lemon juice salt pepper and dill... OMG, hot, fresh with the hash brown. It will change your life. Trust.

Still a little understaffed, but the food was out just as we got our drinks.
The kids got to spend a little energy on the PlayPlace.... a classic car drive-in was gathering in the adjoining lot as we were leaving.... Should gone back in for desert and let them play a bit longer!

In the morning there is very friendly staff, but in the evening some staff are rude and unprofessional, I order a 6 piece McNugget with no sauce and they gave me a 10 piece with sauce, they take forever to get your order and they always mess up, it’s unbelievable, I may never come back, I also orders 3 slushees and they didn’t even give me a drink Carrier, I mean do they really expect me to carry all 3 of them in my hand, I’m sorry but this service is unprofessional
