Arby's

I’m very upset about my experience at this arbys two days ago. I came thru the drive thru, I get to the speaker the very rude teenager came over the speaker and put me on hold for over 15mins I swear he forgot about me me!!!!!!!!! When i finally placed my order I heard rude remarks in the background from the speaker using profanity which is highly inappropriate for the workplace!?!?!? I was then told to pull around without being given a total when I finally got to the window NO ONE WAS THERE!!!!!! Finally someone came to the window and took my card and seems aggravated for no reason. After all this I finally received my food only to get home and realize everything was wrong and they didn’t even bother to cook my chicken !!!! I could have gotten sick!!!!!I called 3 times and no answer I finally gave up and ordered pizza at least that was correct and fully cooked . Might want to re train your employees so another person doesn’t they’ve to go through what I went through!!! Will not be returning EVER!!!!!!!! If I could put 0 stars I would but apparently that’s not allowed

Went for lunch at this Arby’s 5-31-22 @1:00pm. Was not busy. Out of wraps and milk shakes. Dining area and kitchen areas FILTHY. Our shoes were sticking to The floors, tables and seats had crumbs from previous guests and are sticky. Workers standing around talking or on their phones. Pick up some cleaning supplies and work !

I have been to this Arby's 6 or 8 times over the last 2 months for lunch and I dont think one time they got my order right.... Food is never fresh and you can tell it sits on a warmer... I have to tell them 3 times about sauces and they still mess it up... I don't understand how it is so hard to take an order... Food prices and labor go up and the food and service get worse.... If you do go to this Arby's make sure you do not leave the window until you have checked everything!! Today I ordered a beef and chedder..They forgot the cheddar... I asked for honey mustard and Buffalo sauce I got 2 Buffalo sauces... I asked for Arby's and horsey sauce I got only Arby's.... Glad I had to buy lunch twice today...
