Disappointed. Arrived fast but at what cost to quality?
2nd time this has happened but the last time I order.

Ordered last Friday. My pizzas arrived fast but I received the completely wrong order. Contacted the store and was told I would get a refund. I didn’t get a refund. Contacted customer service and got a coupon for a free cheesy bread. Wth?

Tonight was the first time I had ever ordered from Marcos here in Brunswicks. We just moved here. I am highly disappointed with the quality of my food. I ordered a 12 steak and cheese. It had looked like the sub bun was put threw a grinder and pieced back together. I was missing toppings and it was ice cold. My husband ordered a 11 chicken club and it was missing toppings and also ice cold. Also might I add this was a pick up order and I live right by Marcos Pizza less then 3 minutes away. Milage 0.5. When I called to talk with the manager they were very rude and seemed like they could care less and seemed to be bothered that I was calling. This is no way to treat a new customer. I also did scan the bottom of my receipt and filled out the survey.

Marco's was recommended by a friend and I'm glad I gave them a try! I love their pizza. The staff is always friendly and professional. Today I decided to have food delivered. As soon as I hit the order button I got a call to let me know they were out of something so Marco's replaced it with another item. Then my food was delivered shortly after and faster than the original eta! Highly recommend!

I have been to this pizza shop ALOT and have always received really great quality pizza. Usually there are alot of large pieces of sausage along with alot of pepperoni. I also get double cheese. This pizza absolutely without a doubt did not cut it at all for me. But tonight I noticed a bunch of young kids in the kitchen and was un easy if I would get the same great pizza. I had a feeling I wouldn't, and I was spot on. It just didn't cut it for me. I think more training should be on the table for the new kids on the block, so to speak.

We used to order from this place pretty regularly, but over the last 6 months the quality has definitely declined. The last 3 orders we've made have gotten progressively worse, finishing up with a last ditch attempt tonight. I wouldn't be surprised if the pizza I ordered tonight were capable of food poisoning. It has a solid half inch of cheese in the middle and the onions smell rotten. I'm sad to say, it's time to find a new favorite pizza place.

Online ordering says food is delivered 20 mins before it actually arrives. I live 5 mind away so after 45 mins of waiting I called in. A young kid answered and just yells " were not taking orders right now!" And hangs up on me. I called back. Get a super rude "hello!" And I nicely explain I've already ordered and I was looking for an update bc the online ordering says delivered and I wanna make sure there's no mix up.. And without asking me any information or even what I ordered etc he just goes "it will be delivered.". That's it.
The delivery man was kind and wonderful and I would not have minded the super long wait if their system and customer service matched that. Or if they just answered my questions when I couldn't figure out where my order was. I don't care how great the food is I will never order again to be screamed at and hung up on.

Zero consistency. This place is like pizza roulette. One time it will have too much cheese and no sauce another time it could be too much sauce and not enough cheese. Not sure what happened but this place has gone downhill recently but it seems like no one cares. Last pizza had onions that were barely cut and smelled bad. Most of it got thrown in the trash. Done ordering from this place. Management really needs to be aware what's going on otherwise they will be losing more customers. Unless they are the problem. If I'm going to gamble then I'll play the lottery. The chances of winning is better then getting a good pizza from this place.
