Efficient and prompt service. Ordered a Big Mac, 10 piece chicken nugget, and large fry. Everything came out fresh and hot.

Shout out to McDonald’s on Canal Road. I probably come here once a week and I’ve only had a problem once or twice. However, the lady that is the manager she is always inside and she usually hands me my food and she’s always willing to help. The staff is very sweet in the drive as well and the manager I always work with goes above and beyond. Thank y’all so much for the service y’all provide!❤️

Drive thru was very efficient even though both sides were very busy at lunchtime today. Everyone at the windows friendly and spot on. I wish everyone everywhere was so good.

Pretty busy due to being off I-95 but the seem to well keeping up with everything. Polite but quick service. Food was very fresh and good. Of you are passing by and want a comfortable environment to relax for a few minutes or just want to whip through drive-thru, this is the place to go.

I work for doordash which is supposed to work mainly for the bar crowd or 3rd shifters getting off work this is the second night in a row that I have had Altama location McDonald's orders to deliver both nights I was told they did not have their order or told oh no we ain't got no more doordash orders tonight also that they were then drive through window got closed in my face when I returned 30 to 45 minutes later they had cars in their drive-thru didn't look very closed to me tonight I sat there for 15 minutes and was watched and laughed at and talked about while they totally ignored me and acted like I was not even a human being sitting there I do not recommend this place for anybody there if there were negative Stars that's what they would get all five negative Google review it was around 1:30 a.m. when I arrived and 1:45 when I got up to the window when this all started it was around 2:30 or 2:45 when I came back and the second two pictures reveal what I saw

On our visit we were very happy to see that you were able to order and dine in the lobby. Loved the graffiti wall paper that was a throw back to the BigMac song. We experienced some very friendly people. Their was a family that was celebrating the Grandma's birthday. As they sang happy birthday others joined in and then clapped for her. Our cashier was new, but very nice. Overall our time here welcomed us to the south with a smile.

The young lady was actually friendly today even though she was struggling a bit to juggle the work. She may have been on her first day though. She was getting no help from her co-workers though which was a shame to see. She deserves better. I was just grateful for the friendliness which is a rarity these days at McDonald's!
