Long standing Brownwood tradition. Great homemade sausage and nice BBQ joint. Always friendly service. Nostalgia and great history to this place

Perfect. If I had to use just 1 word to describe their pork ribs. The portions are uber generous compared to most places.. Combine that with homemade cobbler and beans. Menu includes beef,pork ,chicken ,goat . Prices are reasonable. Have ate all over Texas and still have to say these people are killin it !

Excellent barbecue sliced beef sandwich and cole slaw side with iced tea. Friendly staff, and patrons. This small and plain restaurant was a great find on our travels through the area. Will definitely return when in the area.

Not in Brownwood often but when I am brisket sandwich with BBQ sauce and Large sweet tea is a must on the go at least.

I got the 2 meat lunch plate with brisket and sausage. It was delicious! It also came with 2 sides and desert. I got the small plate and it was more than enough with everything that came with the plate. I don't know when I'll be in the Brownwood area again, but if I am, I'll be stopping here guaranteed.
