Mcdonald's

I went to this McDonald's location 2260 N. Expwy To go buy my lunch went to the drive-thru and only had One request and I emphasized to please for my order to be Fresh not reheated just cooked fresh and they did just that,so Thank You the gentleman who took my order for telling them I wanted it fresh. Great job, guys.

Took forever to get in line in the drive thru I asked for a family pack n ask for a few sauce at the drive thru speaker then I asked when I got my meal n they said yes sir theyre in there but I got home near the zoo.... No sauce had to go back to complain mind the wait just to get into McDonald's again and the gas and time just to b offered a free fry.... U lied to me n want to shut me up with a small fry???? Will not b return to this McDonald's who's trying to save on condiments

I recently visited the remodeled McDonald's on 802, and I must say, it looks fantastic! The new design and renovations have truly transformed the place. The first thing that struck me was how much better and new it appeared. The interior was immaculately clean and had a fresh, modern aesthetic that was very appealing. The new design also seemed to enhance the overall dining experience. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive. It's always a good sign when you walk into an eatery, and it looks spotless. The staff seemed to be taking great care of the space, which is always reassuring as a customer. Overall, my visit to the remodeled McDonald's on 802 was a pleasant surprise. The improvements made a significant difference, making it so much more enjoyable to dine there. If you're in the area and craving some fast food, I highly recommend checking out this McDonald's location for a clean and pretty dining experience.

Ok.. first, they did greet us in a friendly way. The cashier was great.. although my wife asked another lady for lemon wedges, and she quickly responded no.. I saw her and she did not answer in a friendly manner. So my wife went to buy some jalapeños and they just told her there's none after making her wait for a while.. no apology no compasion . They just told her there's no jalapeños.. what restaurant doesn't have jalapeños!?.. so we ate, and left. Really need to work on their customer service.. better luck next time I hope guys.. many blessings.. 🙏
