The food here is absolutely amazing! I normally have a very difficult time chewing brisket but the brisket meat here is very tender! I was more than happy!

It had been almost a year and the ribs, brisket and pull pork are still delicious and worth the trip. Sorry to see the gas station was removed.

Visited this place today. Never disappoints!! Food was delicious!! We arrived during lunch and even though it was full there was still plenty of parking and there was plenty of space to sit. I was most impressed by one of the employees in charge of the dining area. This young lady Mrs. Anahi was on top of everything. She was restocking, cleaning and making sure the dining area was in tip top shape. From the time we arrived to the time we left she did not stop. Truly seemed like she enjoyed her work. Really impressive. Definitely recommend this place.

My favorite thing here is the breakfast bowl. Loaded bowl with whatever you want in it and includes salsa. I love their regular lunch/ dinner options but their breakfast is surprisingly good.

The BBQ did not disappoint! This was my first visit and although they don't have table service, the staff were extremely attentive and helpful in helping me determine what to order.

All the good barbecue you could want! Rudy's is always a good spot to eat at. Amazing flavor just the way you want it! You can have all kinds of meat, and all kinds of sides. Try the green chile stew. Plenty of seating and a good atmosphere here. Great date idea! Moderately priced but great bang for your buck. You really only need half a pound of meat lol, but I always get three meats, 1/4 lb each. 🤣
