Whataburger

This is my most reliable Whataburger spot in Brownsville. Employees are always nice and quick as they can be. I was there earlier and I saw a rude old lady fighting for her pennies in change when the cashier told her they had no pennies to give back politely and kindly. The rude old lady just was giving pushback for a few pennies. Like really, go walk down the street and look for a penny if ur fighting for it. I want to thank the employees for bringing my food quickly and servicing with good vibes. Please treat people working customer service better people. My food was missing tomatoes on it but it's alright.

This location is probably my favorite location to order some Whataburger. Of course, when you get fast food, you don't expect the best service and it's bound that an item will be missing after multiple visits. However, the food I've received has always been fresh and never cold. This particular day I dined in, and all my items were perfect. Although they forgot my gravy, it was a simple request to receive it. Definitely recommend this location for some Whataburger, just make sure to check if you have all of your items.
