Big Daddy's

Well we came to eat their carne guisado plate and well it was meh! Kinda bland it needed salt. You could taste a lot of the flour when they make the gravy, so it wasn't all that great. The flour tortillas tasted preheated and not freshly made, so when they heat it up has a bad burnt taste, it kills thentaste of the food, leaving a bitter taste in your mouth I don't like the way they serve the side salad on the dish because the salad is old tastes like the bag and it been sitting in the icebox for some time you can taste that it is old. As far as the rice, it's good, but what makes the dish look so sad is the way it is served like a sand castle on a cup form. Just makes it look not that appetizing overall my dish wasn't the best needs improvement the presintation is deceiving looks ok but taste bland and no taste and the meat was hard was not soft at all so yeah need improvement in my own opinion if nit you be the judge. But tortillas are not worth the price either. You can see on the photo that it looks hard and is just stiff. I think it was way overcharged not worth it at all. For 2 dishes, the same with 1 softdrink, the total was like 35.00 and was not worth the price. Very good food, service, staff, and well served. I recommend this restaurant, I'd go back. I finally tried their banana split. They must try y'all enough for 2 people or by yourself very well served. Thank you, Big Daddys.
