Russo's New York Pizzeria

I recently dined at Russo's New York Pizzeria, and I must say, the Mozzarella fritti was incredibly delicious, with the perfect level of crispiness. Their 16” New York Village pizza was also quite delightful. However, I found the truffle garlic knots to be a less than stellar option. I'd like to extend my thanks to Yuvia for the excellent service. The staff was not only efficient but also incredibly friendly and attentive.

Overall, it was a good experience. Got a seat with no waiting. Ordered our meal. The pre-meal bread & dip was delivered. Unfortunately, the main food then all came back to back immediately behind each course. Normally, it's not a bad thing, but the timings didn't allow us to finish the bread & dip before the appetizer and pizza got cold. The salad could have used a bit more dressing. Pizza could have used a bit more sauce. However, the waitress was great.

we always go somewhere to eat after practice. this friday we chose Russos. we always get the buffalo wings and a doppio pepperoni slice. i really enjoy the garlic bread they bring the table. this place is pretty consistent with good food. i feel like the service is a little slow but we were 10 in the group so i understand.

It was a very delightful and wonderful dinning experience we arrived about 30 minutes before they close and we're going to order take out, the host told us there was no problem to please come in and eat, we met Matt C. Our waiter who was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly this made us feel very welcome and right at home, he made some excellent recommendations, being from NY and always looking for a nice Italian dinner this was definitely the right spot, the food was abundant, and plenty to share, with excellent choices, and very fresh, between the service and the food this will now become one of my top places to visit in Brownsville ask for Matt he was great, and he can give you some great recommendations.

I hadn’t been here in a GOOD while, but we decided to come by and boy did we make the right choice. We walked in and were seated immediately which was nice. There wasnt very many people, so there was no wait. Although we lost our waitress, we still had some pretty good service! The food was absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend it for a date night or a special occasion :)
