Daily Brew Espresso

This location is clean and has nice seats. My drink was delicious. I ordered Nitro Cold Brew with HWC. Parking lot is very small which can be an issue if its crowded. Drive up is one of the smallest I have experience at another time. This is not my first visit. Staff very friendly and patient with me in ordering. Bonus: Its right by I-74 which makes it a quick stop for snacks and drinks.

I thought Starbucks had the philosophy that if you don't "love" your drink they'll remake it FOR FREE!? I got a shaken espresso with oat milk and it was definitely mostly oat milk. I simply asked for them to add a little bit more coffee and got told I'd have to pay for an extra shot or "next time order it with light oatmilk". I come here all the time and have never been treated so rudely! Enough for me to not come back!

There is zero urgency on time at this Starbucks. I keep on giving them the benefit of the doubt, but each time I am quickly reminded that I should not return. They don’t even start making your drink until you’re there. What’s the point of ordering in advance if it’s not even going to be ready until after you arrive?

My husband and I just waited 40 minutes for a drinks and food. We asked repeatedly if they were still to be made, and no one was helpful. We had two drinks and two sandwiches. My husbands came out within ten minutes but our sandwiches and my drink never came. At this point we asked the person at the counter who brushed us off and told us they were coming down the line. We waited five more minutes and went to the cashier and she said they were supposed to be out already and weren’t on the line. She put them on the line, and the sandwhiches came out soon after. Five minutes pass and my drink still isn’t made, and my husband had to ask again because it still wasn’t ready. They finally said they would make it and started making it right there, making a venti (which I DID NOT ask for) to “make up” for taking so long. Extremely stressful and such bad service. I used to only go to this one but will not be visiting anymore.

I checked the Starbucks app this morning and this location stated they opened at 5am, just not for order ahead. I pulled into the drive through at about 5:30am and no one greeted me at the intercom. The note on the intercom stated they closed early on 2/4 today is 2/5. When I drove up, there were employees walking around talking to each other and then just staring at me. No one took my order or gave any other kind of information. Way to start my day. If I would have known this location was closed, I wouldn’t have gone out of my way to go to this location. All other locations stated they were closed so what is the difference with this location!?!?!
