great menu and selection. Food was delicious. But the service was 12/10. Went in tonight at 7pm on a Saturday and had excellent service. Kayla L. Was our waitress as well as several other tables and she was awesome. She was super attentive, cleaning up broken glasses while entertaining kids at the table. I was impressed. Best restaurant experience we've had in years.

Worst experience in the Burg!! ZERO STARS!! Totally disrespected and disregarded. Just wanted drinks at the bar and while everyone who walked in got served and even paid we sat there ignored completely even after we ordered drinks from a waitress!! For nearly30 mins! We complained to a guy and he actually shrugged at me!! We stormed out ticked off!! They didn't even care! Trash restaurant!! You can see from pics they were not at all busy!!

Price was fair for amount of food served. Table service was very good. Nachos tasted like beef came out of a prepackaged container. And the one thing that I really went there for was the Italian beef as I have eaten many of those sandwiches in Chicago there was plenty of meat on the sandwich but it had no flavor, your sandwich would be an embarrassment to even the smallest beef stand in Chicago sorry to say you do not have DA Beef like you advertise.

We have been playing Trivia on Wednesday nights at Rush Off Main in Brownsburg as "I Got Nothing". We have tried to get reservations ahead of times and up until recently been told they didn't take reservations. When we would arrive, we were told we couldn't sit certain places because the tables were reserved.??? The last two weeks we reserved tables without problems. Tonight, when I called, I was told that they didn't take reservations. I recognized the voice as one of the servers. I mentioned that we had had reservations the last two weeks and she told me that she didn't know who I spoke to, but they didn't take reservations. So, when we arrived we moved to sit at an open table, we were told we couldn't sit there because it was reserved. When we told the host that we had called and tried to reserve a table and were told we couldn't, he shrugged and pointed to a server who came to see what was going on. This was the same server who answered our phone call. We repeated the situation and she said we couldn't sit there because it was reserved. So my husband said, so you lied to us on the phone? And her response was that she didn't like the way we were speaking to her. My husband did not raise his voice, nor did he use any profanity. All he asked her was if she had lied to us on the phone. She claimed she was the manager refused to answer and refused to let us sit at the open table because it was reserved for league players. We were league players. In fact, our team is in 4/5th place at that location, so we really wanted to cement our place by playing tonight. However, we were denied a table while an open table existed. We just wanted to make sure you were aware of the way your customers are being treated at Rush Off Main in Brownsburg.

I would sadly have to say this was the most expensive bland food I think I have ever paid for. Da meat sandwich "wet" had no flavor it was like it was soaked in water. Just mushy and flavorless. I was very disappointed especially to be out of state this was the place I choose to go to. Wouldn't go back. The parking was horrible at 1st I couldn't even find a parking spot. 😒
